COVID-19 Updates:

Dear Loyal Guest,

By order of the Governor of the State of Colorado Aspen Skiing Company will be closing all ski operations immediately. The Crestwood is preparing to scale back and limit our operations for the season on March 20 in order to limit the potential for further community spread of the virus and will reopen for the summer as scheduled. We will continue work closely with our current guests in house as they make travel arrangements. These actions are being done out of an abundance of caution and with concern for the capacity of local healthcare facilities should community spread increase.

We will also be working with all of our guests who are currently in house or who had future plans to visit this season. We will be offering credits for deposits held for next season and will work with each guest to accommodate them with future reservations. If you are a guest in this situation, please be patient as we expect a large volume of calls and we will do everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) is having widespread effects on all aspects of each or our lives.  Because of the virus, we are taking extra steps to protect our owners, guests and employees.  Extra cleaning and sanitizing procedures have been put into place.  We are sanitizing condominium units with Lysol disinfectant and Clorox wipes.  The Front Desk is paying special attention to all areas that humans touch including: the vans, counter tops, phones and pens etc.  We ask that guests and employees alike practice social distancing.  We are limiting the number of guests on each van ride and may have to take extra trips to deliver guests to their destination.   We will be carefully managing common areas such as the Lobby, Fitness Center and Skier’s Service.

Following March 20th, after the majority of our guests have left the property, we will be operating under limited business hours outlined below via phone and email and we will be closing the doors to the front desk in order to limit direct contact with staff members. For those looking to visit The Crestwood in person, a phone number will be listed at the front door with a house phone available to contact us. A staff member will be available to connect you with the desired staff member and will be available to directly help all guests during this time.
