Ski Concierge Winter 2022-2023

• All on-site equipment rentals are requested to complete the online form prior to arrival.

• Guests will still have the ability to store skis and snowboards on our outdoor ski storage racks (that will be locked every night) steps from the slopes.

The Crestwood’s location grants unbeatable access to slopes on three side of property and our slope side ski concierge is an unbelievably convenient amenity allowing guests to store their skis and boots without carrying gear to/from their condos each day. The skier service center is operated by Incline Ski & Snowboard Shop and provides guests at The Crestwood with the opportunity to arrange rentals and tunes at the hotel and allows them to charge these services to their room making for a quick and easy process. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is available to help guests with arranging the right gear and provide local knowledge of trails, snow conditions, weather updates and they might even give you a hint of where to find the best snow on the mountain.

The Crestwood Ski Concierge shop is staffed 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 3-hour ski break from 11 Am – 2 PM) 7 days a week.

Incline’s hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day at their two main ski shops here in Aspen/Snowmass. Skiers may pick up their equipment the evening before skiing to avoid the morning rush. Incline offers all of The Crestwood guests with a 20% discount on all rentals and repairs and a 10% discount on all merchandise.
