Conference Space
The Crestwood provides a perfect venue to hold your next meeting or event in Snowmass Village, CO. You have a choice of meeting facilities at The Crestwood in either of our two spacious, well-appointed rooms: The Independence Room and Terrace Room. Both are efficiently designed with comfortable furnishings and decor. We allow groups to use our in-house catering department or choose an outside caterer to match their budget for each specific function.
The Independence Room
The completely renovated Independence Room provides you with a full wall of windows, sky lights, a cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace. It is a perfect setting for a refined dinner, a formal meeting, or a relaxed atmosphere for a more intimate gathering. At 1,200 square feet, this room seats 80 people banquet style, 70 classroom style, and 100 theater style. All of your food and beverage needs can be accommodated from the adjoining kitchen.

The Terrace Room
This 900 square foot meeting room provides a perfect setting for a board meeting, group breakfast, lunch or break-out room. This room can accommodate 60 people banquet style, 50 classroom style, and 80 theater style. A full banquet kitchen, outdoor patio and adjoining lawn provide excellent added bonuses to this space.
