Celebrating its 46th season in 2019, the Snowmass Rodeo is the longest running rodeo in Colorado. This authentic western event takes place every Wednesday evening as the sun sets behind the surrounding mountain peaks. Spartan comes to Snowmass for the first time ever in August 2019. Spartan Snowmass features a series of obstacle course races (OCR) testing endurance and abilities of competitors of all ages and skill levels. Participants can choose to compete in one of three distances – 30-mile Ultra, 13-mile Beast, 3-mile Sprint and a kid’s race for youth ages 4-13.
